Midsumma Pride March 2026

​About This Event:

There is no feeling quite like marching down Fitzroy Street with your community. This year, Rainbow Dads Victoria is honored to be part of Wave B, joining the youth organisations to celebrate the next generation of our families. Whether it is your first march or your tenth, come and show Melbourne the strength, love, and diversity of our rainbow families.

​What to Expect:

• ​Meeting Point: We will be assembling at the Ian Johnson Oval.

• ​The RDV Spot: If it is a sunny day, look for us congregating in the shade of the trees near the coffee vans.

• ​Arrival: Your group must arrive at Ian Johnson Oval at 9:20am.

• ​Shirts: We are hoping for shirts to arrive by Friday.

• ​Detailed Instructions: Keep an eye out for more detailed instructions coming later this week

Overview

We’ll be joining over 53,000 people on the kilometre-long parade down Fitzroy Street to celebrate Midsumma Pride March with ferocity, uniqueness, and diversity! Once all assembled, you will be given a wristband and march with us in the second wave the and the march begins, it all happens pretty quickly, . Finishing up at the end of the march with free entertainment, and festivities, including DJs and live performances by the iconic St Kilda beachside.

Please Note: all T-shirt/Singlet order forms must be submitted by the end of Sunday 18th of January to ensure enough time for print and delivery.
