Being a rainbow dad is incredibly rewarding, but it can also be challenging, isolating, and at times overwhelming. Whether you need someone to talk to right now or you're looking for organisations that understand your family, here are the key contacts we recommend.

MCH Child Health Line (Victoria)
A free 24 hour telephone service staffed by registered child health nurses. Call them any time you have a question or concern about your child's health, development or wellbeing — day or night.

Free 24 hour health advice from a registered nurse. Good for general health questions about your child when you're not sure if it warrants a GP visit.
